My paintings have been described as Contemporary Realist i.e. they are realistic but without all detail. I had to change my frame style after I took them to Sydney. Gallery owners said I had traditional frames on contemporary paintings! They are mostly landscapes and portraits of late, painted in oils on canvas using traditional, long lasting techniques. The framed works are custom framed by myself to suit each painting. My aim is to produce a durable work, at an affordable price, which will provide years of visual pleasure for the customer.
