This workshop will be divided into two sessions. The first session will focus on throwing, while the second will cover trimming.
At the beginning of each session, a demonstration will be provided, guiding participants through a step-by-step process. Assistance will be available throughout the sessions as needed.
Pieces created during the throwing session will be left out overnight to dry before trimming on Sunday afternoon.
This workshop is suited for left handed or right handed people wanting to learn how to throw cups or bowls. Facilitator is Amy – who is left-handed herself and has some great tips to share!
Afterwards the workshop items will be allowed to dry.
Once dry they will be fired and glazed before participants can collect their pieces. (turnover about 4 weeks)
