What a wonderfully weird world we’ve woven. It is the threads of this world that I paint. Not sure how to describe my style – I just do it. Nothing is sketched out, simply pick up the brush, mix a colour and drop into it. In this way, I learn how to see. Each painting represents something that spoke to me. Something about the angles / attitude / spaces / story / colours / candour / loneliness / light. Something that caused me to pause.
